Discover the world of chocolate making thanks to the initiation to chocolate workshop led by Laurent Gerbaud every Saturday: tasting of several cocoas and making your own chocolates to take home!
With friends, family or colleagues ... All occasions are good for sharing a special moment in the workshop of the chocolate factory.
The workshop is divided into two parts:
- The creation of your beggars (small rectangles of dark chocolate decorated with dried / candied fruits): put on your apron, mold, create, unmold, wrap, taste!
- An "Education to the palate" tasting: twelve chocolates that introduce you to certain cocoa grape varieties followed by a tasting of the musts from the Laurent Gerbaud collection.
All workshop participants benefit from a 10% reduction on their in-store purchases that day.
