It was after a two-year journey to Shanghai that Laurent developed his desire to create chocolates that are less sweet, with spicy and fruity flavours that take the taster on a journey. Each chocolate is handmade in our Brussels workshop, located just behind our counter in the Rue Ravenstein boutique, right in the centre of Brussels. It is this artisanal production that enables us to maintain the quality and true taste of our chocolate.
