It is the magic of the mixture of spices allied with dark chocolate: cinnamon, candied orange, ginger, a hint of pepper to heat everything up towards the end ... The recipe was only really perfect after adding the Belgian Dandoy speculoos. Their crunch is absolutely irresistible.
